We’re building this page with the jobs we’re finishing right now. Each one goes up when it has been handed over and its owner has agreed to let us show it: not before, and never with somebody else’s photos.
In the meantime, here is what we can tell you today: what kinds of work we do, what each one really involves, and how we document the day-to-day so the client can watch it from their portal while the job is happening.
What we build
What changes is the specification, the person you deal with and the amount of noise you have to put up with. What doesn’t change is the itemised quote, our own site manager and a completion date in writing. All of it in the Baix Llobregat and the Barcelona metropolitan area.

The job you do with everybody still living there. Up goes the scaffold, in goes the pavement licence, and from that point on every week of delay is a week the whole building has to live with. Which is why here the programme is not decoration.

A whole flat: strip out what’s in the way, redo the services and build it back up. That means weeks of dust and trades coming in one after another. The only way it doesn’t drag on forever is somebody running it every single day, and that somebody is the site manager.

Here the programme isn’t a convenience: every extra week is a week of rent paid with no tills ringing. We work to the opening date from day one and we run the paperwork alongside the build, not at the end.

We bid for tenders and we build what we’re awarded. Everything around the job changes: the tender documents rule, the supervising architect inspects and you’re paid on interim valuations. What doesn’t change is who’s on site every morning.

The quote has to make sense at a residents’ meeting, at eight in the evening, to people who aren’t in the trade. That’s why it’s itemised and comes with photographs. And once the work starts, progress is shown on screen instead of recounted from memory.

The two rooms that tell you whether a refurbishment was done properly: the falls, the joints, the junctions. Short, very dense jobs, with new services, tanking and an installation where you cannot improvise a measurement.
How we document every job
Anyone can put together a handsome gallery once the job is finished. The hard part, and the useful part, is having the whole record: what was there on day one, what was done on the Tuesday and how it ended up. That only exists if you shoot while you work.
On the survey visit we photograph every room. Those photos stay attached to the item they belong to and appear inside the quote, so you know exactly what each line is talking about.
The crews shoot from their phones while they’re on site. Back at the office we pick them one by one, keeping the ones that say something; the rest stay in-house, not in the client’s gallery.
Every photo carries the day it was taken. That’s what turns an album into a record: it shows the progress, and it settles an argument two months later without anybody’s selective memory.
Not on handover, in a PDF. The client logs into their portal that same evening and sees what was done today, next to the percentage of work completed.

When we publish a job, this is what we will publish. No brochure prose: a record sheet with what was done, how long it took and real photos of the three stages. A job appears here once it is handed over and its owner lets us show it.
These slots will be filled with photographs of our own jobs. Until then they stay empty on purpose.
