What you see isn't a summary someone writes up for you: it comes straight out of the same system we run the job with, filtered so you see yours and nothing else.
Every job with its description, its measure and its price. And hanging off each one, the photos we took on the site visit: so you know exactly what that line is talking about. You can accept it by signing from the portal itself.
A percentage weighted by how much each job counts, not an impression. It comes from the day sheets the operatives sign on site, so what was done today you see today. And broken down by phase, so you know where it stands.
The teams photograph the work from their phones as they do it. At the office we pick out one by one the ones that tell the story of your job — the before and after of each trade — and those are the ones in your gallery, each with its date.
You write from the portal and the site manager answers — not a switchboard, not a number that keeps changing. Everything stays in writing and dated, which is what stops the «I thought you said…» two months later.
How you get in
When you accept the quote or your job starts, we create your account at the office using the email address on your file. The username and a password come to you.
From your browser, at panel.grupopemaga.com, or —better still— from our app for iPhone and Android. We set it up for you.
You land straight on what's yours: quotes and projects. If you have more than one, they're all on the same screen.
And in your pocket
The portal opens in any browser, but carrying it with you is another thing entirely: our app pings you the moment a new photo goes up or the progress changes, without you having to go and look. The same job, the same information, in the palm of your hand.
Everything you see in the portal, plus alerts the moment it happens.
It isn’t on open download: we install it for each client. Tap a button and we send you the link over WhatsApp, or ask your site manager for it.
Your job is yours
Opening the job up to the client only works if the client can trust there's nobody else's business in there. This is how it's built.
Your account is tied to your jobs and your quotes. Every screen and every photo checks that they're yours before showing itself.
The portal doesn't show costs, margins or what we pay suppliers. The amounts you see are the ones in your quote, the ones you signed.
Of all the photos the teams upload, we publish only the ones we've reviewed. Nothing lands in your gallery without someone deciding it should.
There's no open sign-up and no public links: accounts are created at the office and can be withdrawn when the job ends.
Help
The PEMAGA Building office creates it. Normally it reaches you when you accept the quote or when the job starts. If you haven't got it, call us on 93 159 20 50 or write to avisos@grupopemaga.com with your name and the site address, and we'll send it over.
Write to us from the same email address you sign in with, or ring the office. We'll generate a new one. For security we don't send passwords to any address other than the one on your file, even if we're asked to.
No. Each account only reaches its own projects and quotes, and the check runs on the server on every screen, not in the browser. If you share your password with someone, that person will see exactly what you see: don't share it.
Yes, and that's what it was built for. There's no app to install: it opens in the browser. If you want it to hand, on iPhone use «Share → Add to Home Screen» and on Android «Add to Home screen» from the Chrome menu.
The project is closed but stays visible for a while, so you can look back at the photos and at what was done. If you want a copy of the gallery, ask and we'll send it to you.
From the items in your quote marked as done, weighted by how much each one counts towards the total. It isn't a salesman's guess: it's fed by the daily site reports and the site manager signs it off.
We give access to whoever the owners' association tells us to, usually the chair and the management company. It's the cleanest way to show real progress at the owners' meeting without anyone having to write a report by hand.
